    EACH BOOK COMES WITH ONE (1) FREE MALE STICKER. For Example: Star-Crossed comes with one (1) free Set Sticker; Keep Going comes with one (1) free P-Nutty Sticker. Please keep this in mind when purchasing stickers.

    PHYSICAL BOOKS LABELED PRE-ORDER: Physical books labeled "Pre-Order" are typically new releases. All items labeled "Pre-Order" will take between 3-8 calendar weeks for fulfillment from the day the order was placed. Please keep this in mind when purchasing items with this label. 

    PHYSICAL BOOKS LABELED LIMITED: Physical books labeled "Limited" are typically Special Editions or Imperfect physical books. All items labeled "Limited" will take between 1-3 calendar weeks for fulfillment from the day the order was placed. Please keep this in mind when purchasing items with this label.

    ALL OTHER PHYSICAL BOOKS: Unless any items in the order are labeled PRE-ORDER or LIMITED, please allow 1-3 calendar weeks from the day the order was placed for processing and handling.

    ALL ITEMS UNDER "GOODIES": Unless any items in the full order are labeled PRE-ORDER or LIMITED, please allow 1-3 calendar weeks from the day the order was placed for processing and handling.

    ALL ORDERS WILL BE FULFILLED IN FULL BEFORE SHIPPING.

    REFUND/RETURN POLICY: There are absolutely no refunds or returns on orders once shipped. There are absolutely no refunds or returns on personalized orders. No exceptions.

    Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Policy

    In the event your order is lost, stolen, or damaged, your order may be eligible to be replaced a reduced price + shipping. Please email us with: (1) your order number, (2) USPS claim, (3) police report, and any applicable pictures to start the process. All three named documents are required to receive a replacement order.

    Restocking Policy

    Unless specified with a label, all items are restocked on a rolling basis. If an item is out of stock, check back periodically, or subscribe to our newsletter for restocking updates.

    Order Fulfillment During Event Season

    Please allow 2-3 extra weeks for order fulfillment if order was placed three weeks before and/or three weeks after Jessica A. is scheduled to appear at an event. Event schedule can be found here.
